  • Coordinates the movement of support services personnel to other departments.
  • Provides expert guidance to Staffing Coordinators and Associates to resolve staffing conflicts or extraordinary events.
  • Evaluates and analyzes staffing patterns in accordance with standard staffing policies to determine inefficiencies and acts to correct them.
  • Communicates with Staffing Manager, Senior Director, and other resources as necessary for adequate staffing.
  • Knows the duties and capabilities of each category of employee.
  • Keeps Managers, Directors and other resources informed of chronic absenteeism, excessive sick time, and habitual late offenders.
