  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA or other advanced degree, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent problem solving skills (e.g., expert in Google spreadsheets, SQL).
  • Excellent business judgement, leadership skills and ability to communicate with and influence executives and other stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategies to deliver business results.
  • Excellent strategy, project management, problem solving skills, combined with sound business judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop strategies and operational processes to deliver on the execution of Mastery skills based learning initiatives.
  • Identify potential roadblocks and operational inefficiencies in executing the Mastery goal, and build new processes to minimize future issues.
  • Contribute to project scoping and planning and manage project priorities and milestones.
  • Synthesize findings from analysis into actionable insights that power the strategy and the business.
  • Own communicating findings to leadership and key stakeholders with compelling and digestible Executive level presentations that synthesize context, insights and recommendations.
