Responsibilities

  • Drive Performance: Keep track of our business performance by diving deep into data, identifying trends, and ensuring that we’re on the right path to achieving our goals.
  • Collaborate: Work with the Commercial, Product, and Marketing teams to push forward our Objectives, making sure everyone is aligned and focused on what matters most.
  • Plan and Propose: Proactively identify areas for improvement across our operations, and propose actions to enhance efficiency, care-seeker experience, and business growth. You’ll be the one to connect the dots and present clear, data-informed recommendations to leadership.
  • Execute: Ensure the successful implementation of key initiatives by coordinating across teams, tracking progress, and making adjustments as needed.
  • Communicate: Take the lead on communicating our progress both internally and externally (to stakeholders, partners and the board).
