Responsibilities

  • Manage in-studio ‘Fashion Office’ including 2x FTEs, Sr. Casting Specialist and Styling Specialist and set priorities to drive brand direction.
  • Create and Maintain brand guidelines for casting, styling, and hair & make-up for studio to ensure brand elevation and alignment to campaigns and Brand moments.
  • Oversee and own ALL styling output from seasonal pre-styling to daily PDP Shoots.
  • Oversee and own Casting Direction briefs to Sr. Casting Specialist and ensure daily outfit allocation to models best represent the brand in styling and fit.
  • Build, Manage and Lead freelance Styling and Dresser talent pool to drive elevated imagery execution against global guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Sr. Creative Manager and PVHS Art Directors to continually improve aesthetics.
  • Connect with product divisions to analyse consumer style trends and data to inform creative decision.
  • Develop, test and implement new scalable styling and outfitting processes.
  • Attend seasonal divisional briefings to understand and translate styling themes and key looks.
