What are the primary responsibilities of the Subject Matter Expert SCM?
The primary responsibilities include supporting and leading SCP implementation, delivering training to CX teams, troubleshooting incidents, driving process and system improvements, participating in UAT for system upgrades, and reporting to the SCM CI manager.
What qualifications or skills are required for this role?
Required skills include MODS E-2-E knowledge, understanding of internal systems such as MyMaersk and MORE, experience in SCM and 4PL business, analytical abilities, strong MS Office skills, and advanced knowledge of MS SharePoint. Knowledge of MS Access, PowerApps, MS Flow, PowerBI, and KEWILL/TMFF would be a plus.
Where is the SME position based?
The Subject Matter Expert SCM position is available in either the Rotterdam or Hamburg office.
Is training provided to super users and end users?
Yes, the SME is responsible for delivering training to super users and end users, including creating new training materials.
What kind of projects will the SME be involved in?
The SME will drive improvement projects with a continuous improvement focus, manage new customer implementations, lead SCP transformation initiatives, and participate in change management.
Who does the SME report to?
The SME reports to the SCM Continuous Improvement (CI) manager.
Are there any specific tools or software knowledge required for this position?
Yes, knowledge of tools such as MS Access, PowerApps, MS Flow, PowerBI, and advanced MS SharePoint knowledge is required.
