Responsibilities

  • Contribute to Subscription and Platform Monetization Vision & Roadmap
  • Act as main Partner to Growth & Product Managers in rolling-out new subscription-based products
  • Orchestrate all aspects of the project between global and local stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Sales Operations and more)
  • Define SaaS metrics and KPIs; provide input for development to customer insights team
  • Work closely with the development team to drive the product, roadmap and understand timelines
  • Support the development of go-to-market strategies and post-launch evaluations (e.g. Launch Binder)
  • Act as point of contact and drive knowledge of finance business process into global subscription project
  • System Administrator of Subscription Management Platform
  • Orchestrate a global network of business owners/experts and key-users in the business unit, within finance & commercial excellence for feedback on defined process
  • Drive process commonality, harmonization and simplification across the subscription products
  • Support Product PM’s in internal processes when adapting portfolio to subscription
  • Evaluates change requests and resolves incidents with Product owner
  • Analyze feedback to identify common themes, areas for improvement, and potential new features.
