Responsibilities

  • Support in the delivery of a wide range of client events; including breakfast briefings, seminars, roundtables, virtual events and webcasts etc
  • Support the regional marketing team to manage room and venue booking and catering for key events
  • Support in the management of hospitality events including allocation of tickets amongst EY regional partner group
  • Coordinate project documents for event set-up and post event evaluation and review
  • Monitor and report on KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Coordinate quarterly/half yearly and annual marketing reviews, gathering inputs from wider regional team and collating into consolidated report
  • Prepare packs containing succinct updates on regional marketing activity
  • Identify areas for improvement and drive activity to deliver improved metrics. This will require working with the broader marketing team to ensure that best in class practices are implemented
  • Support the annual integrated planning process to plan a compelling regional marketing plan
  • Organise and facilitate regional quarterly meetings including the preparation of presentations for this meeting
  • Coordinate the delivery of sponsorships within the region
