What is the role of a 3rd Keyholder at Claire's?
The 3rd Keyholder at Claire's supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets, drives sales, opens and closes the store in the absence of other management, and ensures the store operates safely and legally. They also deliver exceptional customer service, assist with visual merchandising, handle store deliveries, and perform ear piercings after receiving training.
What qualifications are required to apply for this position?
Applicants are required to have some high school education, a minimum of 1 year of retail experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, basic computer skills, and a solid understanding of customer service. Additionally, candidates should have strong mathematical abilities and reading comprehension skills.
Is prior ear-piercing experience necessary for this job?
No, prior ear-piercing experience is not necessary as full training will be provided to the 3rd Keyholder.
