  • As a Supply Chain Manager on the Planning Team, you will analyze delivery performance across the North American transportation network, identify improvement opportunities, and drive business improvement programs from inception to successful implementation. Key responsibilities include:
  • Using data to identify potential problems with supply chain planning mechanisms' inputs and outputs
  • Influencing multiple levels of leadership and organizations through strong communication and analytical skills
  • Supporting cross-functional teams in day-to-day execution of planning program implementation
  • Utilizing metrics and data to collaborate with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities
  • Developing reporting and monitoring mechanisms to track planning performance indicators and automate data analysis processes, enabling stakeholders to make effective business decisions
  • Collaborating with data stakeholders (Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Supply Chain Managers, and Product Managers) to implement process and technical improvements to reporting and planning mechanisms
