What experience is required for this role?
Ideal candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in operations in Manufacturing, Warehouse, and/or Go-To-Market (GTM) capacity.
What responsibilities will I have in this role?
Responsibilities include collaborating with the PBNA ERP Project and Deployment teams, participating in system testing, developing training materials, ensuring site readiness, overseeing deployment, and providing deployment and hyper care support.
Is travel required for this position?
Yes, significant travel is required, with a commitment to ensuring successful deployments, involving 50% to 75% travel, which may include extended work hours and occasional weekends.
What are the qualifications needed for this position?
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is required, along with a basic understanding of Warehouse, Manufacturing, and GTM Cycle of Operations, and effective communication skills.
Will I be involved in training others in this role?
Yes, you will be responsible for the development and execution of end-user training and supporting super user activities.
