Requirements

  • Required Skills and Experience:
  • GCSEs – C / 4 grade or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • Degree – Bachelor’s degree in any subject, although a Sustainability related subject will be beneficial to you in the role
  • A curious mindset so you can learn and grow with us
  • A passion to contribute your thoughts, create fresh ideas, and challenge yourself to do more than you think you could
  • A strong interest in sustainability and the property industry so you can help shape its future
  • Right to work in the UK:
  • You will need to have permanent right to work in the UK, with no time restrictions or limited working hours. Unfortunately, we are unable to sponsor visas, including Graduate Visas beyond the programme

Responsibilities

  • You’ll get involved in real work from day one that will help clients achieve their ambitions
  • You’ll research sustainability trends across different industries
  • You’ll measure against set criteria and benchmarks for exploring sustainability themes, including industry issues and local, global, and industry frameworks – such as UN SDGs (UN Sustainable Development Goals, and TCFD (Taskforce on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures).
  • You’ll prepare reports and presentations to deliver insights to clients on how they can be more sustainable
  • You’ll create tools and develop ways of working to help the team deliver work even better
  • You’ll work with colleagues across various projects to widen your exposure and help deliver great work to our clients.
