  • At least 6 years of experience in sustainability management (incl. strategy), ESG reporting, and CSR certification processes
  • Knowledge or experience in non-financial reporting processes and strong understanding of GRI standards, Ecovadis CSR assessments and other relevant sustainability frameworks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage budgets and coordinate complex projects

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and coordinate the annual Sustainability Report (GRI/OR) and manage the periodical ESG Reporting and documentation
  • Assure continuation, development, and monitoring of the sustainability strategy
  • Maintain the annual Ecovadis CSR certification
  • Lead or participate in various internal working groups and represent KPMG at internal and external events
  • Manage the budget for sustainability projects and initiatives (e.g. the firm's volunteering and pro bono program)
  • Continuously assess and improve the company's sustainability performance and the firms' climate action plan (exp. decarbonization strategy, climate risk assessment)
  • Coordinate internal data collection process and internal report data audits
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. the Executive Committee and its members and from the Global network)
  • Support the service lines with proposal processes
