Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field plus 2 years of related work experience.
  • Each higher-level related degree, i.e., Master’s Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of related experience. Two years of related experience may be substituted for each year of education.
  • Ability to compile, interpret and analyze information/data, draw valid conclusions and project consequences of decisions and recommendations, identify challenges or problems, and develop strategies to work towards solutions.
  • Organizational skills, ability to multi-task, outstanding time management, independent judgment, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel skills creating pivot tables, charts, graphs, VLOOKUP’s and formulas to analyze and present data in an engaging and logical format.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Office products including Teams, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with full life cycle recruiting and utilizing an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt communication style for varying audiences.
  • Demonstrated consulting skills and the ability to collaborate and work with a team.
  • Solid customer orientation and commitment to ensuring data integrity.
  • Experience handling sensitive data and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Possess initiative and drive with a strong desire to continuously improve and streamline processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Space & Mission Systems Talent Acquisition reports and dashboards, delivering data and findings to key stakeholders across the organization in a concise manner using data visualization tools.
  • Regularly use and leverage BrassRing Kenexa, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and PowerAutomate for daily tasks.
  • Create and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, metrics and slide decks for review by TA and the business.
  • Identify, interpret and share trends and patterns. Make data driven recommendations.
  • Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs.
  • Work with TA leadership to identify opportunities for using data and analytics to drive HR initiatives.
  • Partner and consult with Talent Acquisition management and business leaders on data insights and trend analysis.
  • Proactively anticipate business questions and identifies appropriate insights or plausible analytical solutions.
  • Identify and promote methods that create efficiencies in core TA processes.
  • Create process documentation, provide training and support colleagues on various software and technical processes to foster knowledge sharing and continuous team improvement.
  • Employ troubleshooting and problem solving daily to resolve technical issues impacting results.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, consistently meet deadlines, and remain responsive to team requirements, even when managing complex projects.
  • Lead specific TA reporting and analytics projects, managing stakeholder expectations and deliverables.
  • Contribute expertise to TA special projects as needed.
  • Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
