  • Promote an excellent candidate experience when communicating with candidates throughout the interview process
  • Initiate and manage the background check process, which might include working with the candidates directly to assist in verifying any discrepancies
  • Update candidate information in the company’s applicant tracking system
  • Draft candidate offer letters and submit via DocuSign
  • Assist recruiters and hiring managers with ad hoc requests
  • Schedule feedback sessions
  • Complete new-hire related requirements (e-Verify)
  • Assisting Operations with some onboarding
  • Provide other administrative support and project help to TA and HR where necessary
