Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to corporate recruiters handling both specialized and high volume recruitment, on the end-to-end recruiting process.
  • Schedule candidates for interviews; prepare offer letters, disposition letters and acknowledgement letters as appropriate.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Conduct applicant tracking system audit and make appropriate corrections in HRIS or applicant tracking system as appropriate.
  • Coordinate candidate background checks and required drug testing and serve as the primary contact with the background check vendor.
  • Handle all new hire processes including offer letter generation/delivery, background check forms, and maintain proper handoffs of the new hire process to the hiring manager to ensure positive on-boarding experience.
  • Work on projects to support the evolution of our recruiting capabilities and processes.
