Responsibilities

  • - Supporting our growth by planning, developing, and implementing effective recruitment strategies
  • - Managing the TA team, refining and establishing processes, and delivering great hiring results for the business
  • - Managing, coaching, empowering, and developing a high-performing team of 4 recruiters and 1 intern
  • - Adding structure and process to guide the team in the right direction
