Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Masters’ qualification from reputed institutes – preferably in full-time mode and in the field of HR / Organizational Behavior / Employee Relations / Career Management.
  • Overall, 3 to 4 years of experience in recruitment management domain with min. 2 years of campus recruitment experience preferably in technology, handling relations with premier Business Schools and Engineering colleges in India. Ideal to have exposure to both Business School and Engineering School hiring across 2 seasons
  • Experience in Hiring / On-boarding / Campus program initiatives within Global Capability Centers (GCC) would be a plus
  • Ability to lead University / College Relationships or with Academic councils / government bodies would be an added advantage
  • Authentic proficiency in getting results, collaborating, and influencing others, critical thinking, etc.
  • Good project management skills and ability to deliver on multiple tangled projects and tasks by prioritizing appropriately
  • Ability to analyze data, build visually compelling picture and develop strategies to drive metrics.
  • Data analytics skills – Return on Investment Model, Analyze seasonal recruiting success and evaluate results
  • Relationship Building Skills - Good internal and external relationship management skills across all levels of a large organization, including senior leadership
  • Desire to provide structure through simple solutions in ambiguous, highly dynamic business situations
  • Proven customer service skills to get results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent presentation, power point, and excel skills

Responsibilities

  • Cultivating and maintaining relationships with targeted premier colleges/universities and running the campus recruitment and selection process for those schools.
  • Crafting, managing, and delivering global campus programs such as internship, campus branding, inclusion, and diversity etc. for the India market.
  • Business consultant for multiple internal business partners, responsible for understanding and assisting those groups in attracting and building a Campus talent pipeline.
  • Design & implement overall Recruitment Strategy
  • Pushing strategic campus recruitment priorities at campuses along with driving operational efficiency across various campus recruitment processes.
  • Coordinate and facilitate on-campus recruiting events
  • Analyzing the recruiting metrics and external market intelligence data for their schools and build executive dashboards as strategic inputs to Business leaders.
  • Delivering well on execution tasks related to the end-to-end campus recruitment process.
  • Strong market research, organization, accuracy, and presentation skills
  • Build and lead a budget and calendar of hiring events and career fairs
  • Ability to efficiently harness the recruitment marketing assets for branding needs
  • Leading with an external perspective
  • These tasks may not belong to pure play HR activities but hold key relevance to the overall operational success. This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.
