Responsibilities

  • Lead full cycle, end-to-end hourly recruiting efforts. This includes effectively marketing and advertising our job opportunities, sourcing and identifying talent, building your talent network, screening and interviewing candidates, preparing, extending and negotiating offers as well as hiring and assisting in onboarding the new hires
  • Collaborate with other Talent Acquisition team members as well as the local HR team & managers for the site/s you support. You will have a deep understanding of the business, including the products and culture to be able to effectively communicate this with candidates
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with hiring managers and HR teams, serving as a trusted partner to ensure we meet talent needs and objectives. Serve as a talent advisor who collaborates with leaders on effective strategies to achieve talent needs, including providing education on recruiting standards, processes & hiring laws
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with professional organizations, local schools, trade organizations and groups to drive Copeland brand awareness, increase engagements with potential candidates and bolster our talent pipelines
  • Champion diversity and inclusion efforts within the recruiting process, ensuring we have diverse candidate pools and equitable hiring practices
  • Ensure you are consistently following our global recruiting standards & utilize the recruitment system appropriately
  • Provide an excellent candidate and hiring team experience through transparent and consistent communication
  • Be knowledgeable in marketplace/industry trends and incorporate findings into strategies and approaches
  • Be an expert in the utilization of recruiting tools and be proficient in the usage of our HRIS (Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other sourcing or recruiting tools)
  • Proactively research, evaluate and use new sourcing and talent research tools, ideas or methods to bolster innovative sourcing strategies to net top talent
