Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and governance of the Talent Acquisition (TA) Solution Design, ensuring alignment with defined principles.
  • Validate the TA solution design with key business stakeholders and oversee the end-to-end Future TA Process design.
  • Actively contribute to Programme Design Groups and engage in business and technical architecture activities.
  • Collaborate with the Agile ‘Scrum Master’ to eliminate design blockers and manage dependencies with ongoing operations and other programmes.
  • Ensure stakeholder management with HR Service Owners and maintain visibility of impacts from Cloud-based release changes.
