What is the required experience for this position?
A minimum of 1+ years in a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Generalist role or similar experience is required.

Preferred qualifications include 1+ years of experience in state & federal Labor Law and Employee Compliance, fluency in both Spanish and English, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
