Responsibilities

  • Own talent development programs and processes in the areas of New Employee Onboarding, Performance Management, and Feedback.
  • Design and implement solutions, tools, and experiences that meet short-term opportunities and long-term strategies (Talent roadmap, and Cambia’s vision, values, and annual goals).
  • Manage and optimize related program execution on our Human Capital Management platform, Workday.
  • Lead talent development initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-friendly implementation that meets company and employee experience goals.
  • Drive engagement and adoption of talent development solutions through effective change management, proactive stakeholder engagement, and monitoring of success metrics.
  • Identify development needs and improvement opportunities for talent solutions, collaborating with partners at all levels.
  • Design and deliver selected learning content, in various settings, including in-person, hybrid, and virtual. Develop and maintain self-service resources for relevant programs on Cambia’s intranet.
