Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head of Talent & DEI Develop to identify, design, and implement development initiatives that enhance learning practices and support employee performance, growth and engagement across Dyson Americas
  • Develop and manage Americas Early Career Program. Collaborating with Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders on the program lifecycle including recruitment, program management, and learning development.
  • Support the annual performance management process, including year-end reviews, goal setting, and performance feedback cycles. Develop and implement tools and resources to support managers and employees in these processes.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to identify skills gaps and development needs. Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to determine the effectiveness of current training programs.
  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various topics, including but not limited to leadership development, communication skills, and inclusion principles.
  • Implement evaluation methods to measure the success and impact of learning programs. Collect feedback, analyze results, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices within the talent and learning space to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for learning and development, providing guidance and support to managers and employees on professional growth and career development opportunities.
