  • Manage current development and performance tools and identify additional tools/resources aligned with performance and development needs.
  • Lead a robust mentoring program, including identifying enhancements to the current program on how to match and track mentoring relationships.
  • Stay abreast of trends with performance management and talent development. Regularly benchmark with other companies to learn best practices in the market and within SAP SuccessFactors.
