Responsibilities

  • In this role you will contribute to the ongoing evolution of the global learning offering. You will draw upon your learning experience to design new products where gaps exist in the offering, and where required will manage preferred suppliers to also design and deliver high quality learning solutions.
  • You will leverage data and insights from business stakeholders and employees to help inform your decision making about where we can create the most impact.
  • As part of a digital first learning team, you will be required to build your knowledge of our learning technologies so you can provide expert guidance to a range of stakeholders. You will also offer broader learning consultancy support and advice to business colleagues so your ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships will be important.
  • Drawing upon your previous experience of managing complex and high-profile programs (ideally across geographies/cultures) you will also lead your own mixed portfolio of agile projects. Your areas of responsibility are likely to be interesting and varied and could include the releasing a new platform, learning curation, marketing campaigns, governance, onboarding vendors, reporting/evaluating impact.
  • You will contribute to increasing learning adoption by understanding our stakeholder needs and using this feedback to continuously improve. These insights will help inform our ongoing communications calendar where you will also regularly contribute to the active promotion of learning opportunities.
