Responsibilities

  • The post holder will be involved in all aspects of administration for the programme, from prospective student enquiries to final examinations, supporting undergraduate students and teaching staff, as well as day-to-day running of the course and managing appropriate systems for delivery of courses.
  • You will work closely with the Director of Undergraduate Teaching, the Associate Teaching Professor, and the wider course team.
  • You will be the first point of contact for a wide range of people including applicants, students, and academic staff.
  • You will have responsibility for tasks such as managing the updating of student handbooks, timetabling, exam and assignment processes, and the Department's long-running undergraduate summer internship programme, CaMPUS, as well as administering the HR casual worker process for demonstrators in the Department.
