Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of Business Development Representatives driving growth through outreach to new and existing clients
  • Own your team quota, metrics and performance optimizing for sales funnel conversion, speed to lead and pipeline management
  • Analyze reporting to uncover insights that will drive team performance optimization
  • Review calls and coach individual team members on their sales skills and workflows
  • Share best practices across the team to foster collaboration and a supportive work environment
  • Advocate for the client and BDR experience by uncovering challenges and solutioning in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Marketing and Sales
  • Work closely with Product and Marketing teams on “playtests” to uncover new learnings and channels for growth
