Responsibilities

  • Escalation point within the team for unresolved issues and queries.
  • Oversight of processing quality and timeliness in all Transfer Agency Dealing locations. Participate in weekly oversight calls with the back office location and ensure any challenges are documented and addressed.
  • Monitor dashboards and deliverable management sheets to ensure all reporting is issued within agreed timeframes. Ensure Key Performance Indicators are achieved in order to keep losses to a minimum.
  • Attend operational and inter departmental calls and meetings. Represent the team at client facing meetings.
  • Conduct regular performance management reviews and provide constructive feedback to support and enable career development. Ensure team meetings are being held on a regular basis.
  • Assist the Manager in establishing goals and objectives for the team and individual partners.
  • Coordinate training and coaching for all team members. Ensure cross training is active within the team. Ensure all team members complete all mandatory training in advance of deadlines.
  • Participate in the recruitment process for new team members and ensure the onboarding process for new partners is supportive/detailed/robust/documented.
  • Comply with Regulations and internal Northern Trust policies.
