Responsibilities

  • Handling of Capex payments, Management of Bills and resolve queries relating to payments to vendors at Site.
  • Review of Trial Balance and ensure book hygiene. Ensure effective internal financial control on key parameters like inventory management, Payable Ageing, Spend Analysis, Balance Sheet Provision, Intercompany Reconciliation etc
  • Capital Budgeting, Deviations, Revisions and timeliness by working closely with the project teams along with tracking of Budgeting
  • Provide accounting Information to all concerned stakeholders for business objective
  • Insurance- Coverages, Co-ordinations with corporate, policy renewal, claims settlement etc.
  • To finalise Key initiatives and execution within timelines to get maximum benefit to the organisation
  • Coordinate with commercial team and streamline payment terms as per business requirement
  • Drive compliance of all F&A policies and guidelines within the business (e.g. MSME, GST, Expense booking in same month etc.)
  • Prepare Monthly MIS, Reporting and highlight variances to senior management.
  • Prepare projections based on project requirement
  • Project accounting- capitalization on time (plan for depr rates, ready to use assets, Labor colony, Fabrication shop etc)
  • Coordinate for financing related activties with HO team
  • Provide support & assistance with audit, tax returns, forecasts and financial reporting
  • Maintain relationship with stakeholders like commercial team, project team and Abex team
  • Effective team management at corporate & site office
  • Resolve site related accounting issues
  • Adherence to Group SOP/DOA
  • Support Tax (Direct & Indirect tax) planning for project related activities.
