What is the main role of the Team Secretary in the Community Therapy Team?
The main role of the Team Secretary is to provide high-quality administrative support to the Community Therapy Team, which includes working alongside other Administrators and supporting Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Rehabilitation Assistants.
Is the position full-time or part-time?
The position is ideally full-time, but applications for part-time hours are also welcomed.
What qualifications or skills are required for this role?
Applicants should have a good standard of education, excellent IT skills, amazing communication skills, and prior experience in a similar role.
What software or systems will I need to use in this role?
The role involves the use of SystmOne, EPR, and all aspects of Microsoft Office.
Will I receive training if I am not familiar with SystmOne?
Yes, training will be provided for SystmOne, even if you do not have prior experience with it.
Is there a requirement for a DBS check?
Yes, employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which will be covered by the Trust.
What are the working conditions like in this role?
The role involves working in a fast-paced office environment, which may require covering Reception and assisting other teams within Poole locality.
