Responsibilities

  • Generate business opportunities with customers from the OGC sector like Chemical, Oil & Gas and industrial sector generating project opportunities for Siemens Energy
  • Reception, identification, storage, analysis and clarification of the opportunity information and request for offer (RFQ) from Customers relating to OGC focused in Electrification, Automation and Digitalization systems for all kind of industrial sectors focused also in decarbonization projects. Opening and organizing the dedicated sales directory for the opportunity/offer documentation for the OGC projects
  • Transfer and clarifying to the OGC Bid Department technical offers and analyzing customer specifications and designing the proposals with the close participation of the Bid team
  • Transferring offers to Project Execution/Service departments when orders are acquired and receiving feedback/lesson learned
  • Management of documentation (internal/external correspondence, documents from customer, and approvals/signatures workflow)
