Requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience in sales and various business functions, primarily within the Oil & Gas and Process industries.
  • Educational background in electrical/automation engineering would be necessary.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Experience in MV, LV electrical distribution and control systems (PLC, DCS) for industrial sector and in digitalization systems (digital application, cyber security solutions, etc.).
  • Excellent networking skills with the ability to build respect and credibility through actions, communication, understanding, and presence.
  • Strong Analytical and Strategic thinker.

Responsibilities

  • Generate business opportunities with customers from the Process Industries (Fiber, Metal, Power to X, Clean Fuels, ..) generating project opportunities for Siemens Energy
  • Reception, identification, storage, analysis and clarification of the opportunity information and request for offer (RFQ) from Customers relating to Process Industry focused in Electrification, Automation and Digitalization systems for all kind of industrial sectors focused also in decarbonization projects. Opening and organizing the dedicated sales directory for the opportunity/offer documentation for the PI projects
  • Transferring offers to Project Execution/Service departments when orders are acquired and receiving feedback/lesson learned
  • Management of documentation (internal/external correspondence, documents from customer, and approvals/signatures workflow
  • Transfer and clarifying to the PI Bid Department technical offers and analyzing customer specifications and designing the proposals with the close participation of the Bid team
