  • Screen and attract top talent by assessing candidate skills, qualifications, and by guiding them throughout our hiring process, setting them up for success.
  • Utilize best in class candidate engagement techniques and pre-closing strategies with candidates to build rapport and impact.
  • Collaborate cross functionally and partner with fellow Recruiters, Recruiting Coordinators, and Strategic Demand Advisors (SDA), to ensure that talent needs of customers are met.
  • Create exceptional candidate experience, efficiently organize, effectively communicate, prioritize, push back when necessary, and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, all while being customer focused and collaborative.
  • Meet/exceed key performance indicators (KPI), such as pipeline activity, conversion ratios, candidate experience, and cycle times.
  • Continuously invest time in expanding knowledge base as industry standards and trends change and shift.
  • Participate in project work focused on building operational efficiencies, continuous process improvement, improving recruiter productivity, etc.
