Requirements

  • Should have a minimum of 2 years’ worth of commercial experience
  • Should have experience in managing and supporting SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange, One Note, Viva Engage and Power Platform
  • Should have experience administrating M365, Exchange, Azure Active Directory, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint environments
  • Should have an understanding of data sovereignty situations
  • Experience with PowerShell would be highly desirable

  • To ensure the operational health of the M365 environment
  • To troubleshoot M365 related issues including connectivity and mobility
  • To train and educate end-users on M365 capabilities and collaboration tools
  • To create and maintain detailed documentation of M365 processes and procedures
