Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Du stellst die stetige Funktionalität aller unterstützten digitalen Produkte und Plattformen sicher
  • Du bist für die Verwaltung des gesamten Lebenszyklus aller IT-Assets in deinem Bereich verantwortlich, einschließlich Hardware und Software
  • Du bietest professionellen IT-Support mit einem hohen Serviceniveau für verschiedene IKEA Einheiten (ggf. an verschiedenen Standorten), wie in den Service Level Agreements definiert
  • Du unterstützt die lokale IT Koordination und Umsetzung von nationalen sowie internationalen IT Projekten
  • Du stellst die Umsetzung relevanter IKEA Standards sicher
  • Du unterstützt IKEA Einheiten mit professionellem und dienstleistungsorientiertem IT Support in deiner Region. Diese Stelle erfordert regelmäßiges Reisen.
