Responsibilities

  • Our tech grads will get to work alongside a variety of different technology teams in the division. We’ll help you develop the skills you need to become a specialist in your field and become the tech leaders of tomorrow. You will get to take part in exciting projects and work at the heart of a game-changing environment responsible for powering some of the UK’s leading apps, websites, and games.
  • You’ll spend time in some of the following teams:
  • Infrastructure
  • Data
  • InfoSec
  • DevOps
  • Software Development
  • You may get the opportunity to experience multiple rotations in this programme over the course of 2 years.

Application Process

  • If your application is successful, you’ll go through three rounds of testing.
  • Round 1: You’ll be invited to complete a short online assessment relevant to the programme you have applied for.
  • Round 2: You’ll be invited to complete a second online assessment with SHL who specialise in general ability and personality testing. This round is to ensure we place you in the right area if you are successful!
  • Final Round: You’ll be invited to an in-person assessment centre taking place in April 2024.
