What is the role of a Telephone Booking Clerk?
The Telephone Booking Clerk is responsible for ensuring outpatient clinics are fully maximized and assisting with administrative duties associated with the Outpatient Restart Programme, including making, amending, and cancelling appointments, handling queries, and processing referral letters.
