  • Experience at UT or other institutions. Administrative skills for a complex unit requiring the use of initiative and judgment. Collects and compiles information accurately. Determine work priorities. Coordinates the exchange of information with other departments and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monitoring, directing, and responding to all IFML and MLL email inquiries, signature requests and executing contractual agreements related to MLL and IFML arrangements; transcribing emailed content onto formal letterhead and sharing with pertinent individuals for review, gathering their comments/edits and updating to a final formal document.
  • Managing and scheduling all requests to meet with MLL or IFML leadership, Managing the MLL Lounge on the 4th floor in GDC and for IFML or MLL meetings; ensuring that IFML swag is stocked and available in the MLL lounge as gift to external partners when they visit for the in-person meeting; other administrative duties as assigned.
