Responsibilities

  • Asistencia técnica al equipo comercial en la relación con clientes.
  • Visitas técnicas a inmuebles para toma de datos.
  • Colaborarás con los equipos de Diseño y Estudios en la elaboración de los proyectos de arquitectura e instalaciones, principalmente en el ámbito de fit out interior de oficinas y retail.
  • Gestionarás la calidad de los procedimientos, así como la calidad de los materiales y los acabados en obra.
  • Gestionarás los recursos necesarios para alcanzar los objetivos comprometidos en el proyecto. Gestión de subcontratación, control de costes, planificación, cierres económicos con cliente y proveedor.
  • Colaborarás en la petición, gestión y análisis de las ofertas requeridas a los diferentes proveedores, así como en el análisis de los comparativos.
  • Elaborarás documentación necesaria en la vida del proyecto: mediciones, planificaciones, control económico, actas, doc as built, etc.
