  • Analyze key performance indicators to define and refine characteristics and criteria of high-quality DSP owners candidates.
  • Leverage data to create regional profiles and candidate criteria to identify top talent and ensure success of the future owner while adapting recruiting tactics to the needs of the market.
  • Support owners as they onboard into the programme and prepare to launch.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure we are adding high-quality DSPs to the programme and leveraging insights to refine DSP selection.
  • Work closely with our marketing and content teams to drive effective and efficient lead acquisition strategies.
