Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in related area (or a high school graduate/GED or equivalent with at least 10 years of relevant work experience)
  • Minimum 6 years prior professional work experience with demonstrated achievement and leadership in HR, Finance and/or Operations/Service-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Create the CoE operational cadence in partnership with Head of Global Total Rewards and Global Total Rewards Leadership Team
  • Partner with the leadership team to develop and execute both short-term and long-term talent strategies that directly support and enable function objectives
  • Partner with Head of Global Total Rewards and members of team to accelerate organization effectiveness to support business needs and provide well-rounded solutions to address challenges in the attraction, motivation, and retention of our global workforce.
  • Partner with the other Centers of Excellence, subject matter experts (including operations, finance, Labor & Employment & Compliance, Talent), and business/regional leaders across the HR function to develop timely and strategic programs and processes
  • Act as an organizational & simplification champion who builds organizational capabilities, reduces complexity and partners with CoE leaders to maximize team performance
  • Establish mechanisms for tracking and action planning against key talent KPIs/metrics
  • Leading cross-functional global teams as required to implement key initiatives for benefit of the Total Rewards CoE

The pay for this position is $152,300 - $253,800, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary.
