  • This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and to optimise our renewal rates by volume and value. You will use your relationship, management and negotiation skills with the support of your team leader to grow our client base and identify the needs of our clients and offer tailored solutions and services. You will do this by approaching our clients by telephone and email, planning and preparing presentations and communicating our product offering. You will need to work with our Client Services team to ensure the client receives an excellent experience throughout the client life cycle.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Knowledge of the legal sector or professional services is desirable

Area of Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development


  • Develop good relationships with existing customers monitoring their purchases to provide opportunities for upselling
  • Work with Client Services team to carry out the activities through the client life-cycle to increase renewal rates by volume and value
  • Work with Team Leader to develop and implementation of client sales plans for products and territories to meet your sales targets
  • Work with Team Leader to Identify opportunities to upsell and upgrade etc
  • Work with Team Leader to create proposals and sales pitches for new products to upsell existing clients
  • Update the CRM to ensure the CRM accurately reflects your sales activity through the buying stage to move Leads and Opportunities to Closed Won or Closed Lost status
  • Ensure your clients have signed contract and orders are processed in accordance with GDPR regulations
  • Work with Team Leader to feedback to product development team.
