  • Assist in the efficient management of the design information process both at tender and contract stages.
  • To coordinate the Design process and information management with limited management support.
  • To be responsible (with management assistance) for the design & consultant management for allocated new build contracts.
  • Solve technical issues that arise on site such as unforeseen drawing amendments and technical queries regarding building regulations and planning.
  • Monitoring Compliance with works on site as well as in accordance with the Building Regulations/ Building Safety Regulatory Requirements.
