How will the Training Programme Director collaborate with other professionals?
The Programme Director will work closely with the Head of School, Deputy Heads of School, other specialty TPDs, the LaSE team, and key departments such as Quality to ensure the effective management of the training programme.
What specific responsibilities are included in this role?
Responsibilities include overseeing the Specialty’s Regional Training Programme, managing postgraduate programme aspects such as assessments, progression, trainee support, recruitment, and addressing trainee and trainer concerns.
