  • We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and motivated individual to help deliver the Trust’s Outpatient Transformation programme and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • To be responsible for the successful delivery of a range of Trust-wide and ad hoc improvement schemes.
  • To work with clinical, administrative and operational leads across the Trust to lead transformation projects and drive service improvements.
  • To identify potential opportunities to improve efficiency, performance or income generation using examples of best practice from other organisations.
  • To be accountable for the successful tracking of the work programmes they are responsible for and to escalate risks in a timely manner to enable delivery to stay on track.
