Responsibilities

  • Monitor and/or review quality systems assigned for specific discipline by tracking documents, corrective actions, and other quality data.
  • Setting up (includes travel and accommodations as applicable), participating in, and performing inspections/investigations of regulated facilities to determine compliance with federal regulations, statutes, rules, and internal procedures.
  • Independently conducts advanced level investigations if significant issues are identified or complaints received.
  • Prepare investigation reports.
  • Assists in the preparation of legal orders related to enforcement actions taken on regulated facilities.
  • Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, and other performance-related metrics.
  • Schedule and oversee training for new employees.
  • Participates in the generation of training materials and gives presentations to internal/external stakeholders as assigned.
  • Provide advice and guidance to lower-level worker.
  • Participate in and/or lead staff, advisory committee, and/or stakeholder organization meetings.
  • Requests and responds to feedback from clients regarding services.
  • Provide technical assistance to providers and consumers.
  • Other duties as assigned as related to the position.
