What qualifications are required to apply for the Treasury Associate Program?
Candidates must hold a graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (such as Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Data, etc.) or a Master of Business Administration (MBA), obtained within the last two years or be in the process of completing one.
What is the duration and structure of the Treasury Associate Program?
The Treasury Associate Program is a two-year rotational program, consisting of four distinct rotations of six months each across various areas within Treasury and Balance Sheet Management.
What types of responsibilities will I have during the rotations?
Each rotation will involve a mix of project-based work and reporting tasks. Associates will support detailed financial analysis, engage in liquidity management, investment strategies, funding programs, and funds transfer pricing, among other responsibilities.
Is there a mentorship component within the Treasury Associate Program?
