Responsibilities

  • Under the supervision of a solicitor, assist with a wide range of UK immigration and nationality applications, including Skilled Worker, Senior or Specialist Worker, Sponsor Licence, Innovator Founder, Global Talent, Family, Visitor, Relevant Civilian Employee, Indefinite Leave to Remain, Registration and Naturalisation applications
  • Prepare detailed notes of advice to clients on the above categories, ensuring that the communications are clear, accurate and effectively set out the criteria, documentation and information required and the submission process for the relevant application.
  • Draft UK immigration application forms, prepare document bundles and submit applications on behalf of clients
  • Book biometric appointments on behalf of clients
  • Assist with meticulously tracking and reporting on visa expiration dates and filing deadlines as well as the financial management of matters
  • Maintain a high sense of urgency and commitment to meet deadlines while meeting client requirements
  • Adhere to strict delivery schedules and timelines to ensure timely delivery of services and work product
  • Provide consular application services, including coordinating global visa applications and document legalisation / authentication
  • Under the supervision of solicitor, assist with coordinating global immigration matters with our network of local counsel across the globe
  • Work with the employment team, supporting them on the immigration aspects of corporate transactions and right to work issues
  • Draft articles / blogs on recent developments in UK and global immigration law
  • Assisting with business development initiatives such as assisting with the organisation of seminars webinars and producing marketing materials
