Responsibilities

  • As a UX Designer, you will:
  • Create and build – Work with team to iterate through journey maps, storyboards, user flows, sketches, wireframes, and other design artifacts to effectively communicate interaction and a dynamic content strategy. Have experience with responsive UI design methodology and processes (user-centered and iterative design). Create prototypes for UX research testing with industry leading tools.
  • Be part of a collaborative team: Work closely with the UX Designers, Content Strategists, and UX Researchers in a collaborative team-oriented environment to create new products, features and functionality. Advocate for the user’s needs while developing features that align to the needs of the user.
  • Be an Effective Communicator: Share ideas, participate in peer-reviews, and exhibit strong listening skills. You justify and articulate design decisions during design reviews. You assist in brainstorming and sketching sessions with product teams. Prepare UX documentation to be used by the development team.
  • Be Curious & Innovative: Continuously seek opportunities for learning and leveraging new technologies and best practices within the field of user experience in order to enhance our practices. Turn user research and usability feedback into easy-to-use solutions.
