Responsibilities

  • Vertrieb von Serviceleistungen (Erweiterungen, Umbauten, Reparaturen) für stationäre Feuerlöschanlagen, jeweils einschl. der Erarbeitung technischer Lösungen, oft einhergehend mit Vor-Ort-Begehung zur Aufnahme des erforderlichen Umfangs
  • Vertrieb von Wartungsverträgen einschließlich Erweiterung bestehender Verträge
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Serviceteam
  • Beratung und Betreuung von Bestands- und Kettenkunden
  • Angebotsverfolgung und Grundlagenermittlung für Auftragseingangs-Forecast einschl. Pflege und Überwachung der Daten in SF.com
  • Vergabeverhandlung und Kundenkorrespondenz
  • Akquisition von Service-Neukunden sowie Sicherstellung von Auftragseingängen im zugeordneten Vertriebsgebiet
  • Cross-Sales Vertrieb, d.h. Mitberaten von Kundenbedarf zu sicherheitstechnischen Anlagen und MSR Technik
  • Mitwirkung bei Messen etc.
