Responsibilities

  • Erarbeitung technischer Lösungen für Erneuerungen und Ergänzungen von Anlagen
  • Ausarbeitung von Angeboten, oft einhergehend mit Vor-Ort-Begehung zur Aufnahme des erforderlichen Umfangs
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Serviceteam
  • Ausarbeitung von Servicevertragsangeboten zu diesen Anlagen
  • Beratung und Betreuung von Bestands- und Kettenkunden
  • Angebotsverfolgung und Grundlagenermittlung für Auftragseingangs-Forecast einschließlich Pflege und Überwachung der Daten in Salesforce
  • Akquisition von Service-Neukunden sowie Sicherstellung von Auftragseingängen im zugeordneten Vertriebsgebiet
  • Cross-Sales Vertrieb, d.h. Mitberaten von Kundenbedarf zu Feuerlöschanlagen und MSR Technik
  • Mitwirkung bei Messen etc.
